Can we customize a package?
Absolutely. Every wedding is different, so we’re always happy to adjust coverage, add extra hours, include additional films or sessions, and build something that fits your day better.
How far in advance should we book?
We book weddings on a first come, first serve basis, so the earlier you reach out, the better! Some couples book over a year ahead, while others reach out much closer to the wedding day, so it never hurts to ask about availability.
How long does it take to get our photos?
The full gallery and films are usually delivered within around 8–14 weeks depending on the season and coverage.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes! We offer high-quality prints and albums so your photos live somewhere more than just a screen. We create hand design albums that are simple, timeless, and personal to your day.
Do you work with all couples?
Love is love, and we are honored to capture every couple’s unique story. No matter your gender, identity, or love story, you are so welcome here. Our goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and joyful experience where you can be completely yourselves.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via e-transfer, credit cards.
Do you offer in-person meetings for consultation?
Absolutely! We’d love to meet you in person, chat about your favourite style, and walk you through our packages to make sure everything feels just right for you. If meeting in person isn’t an option we’re happy to set up a virtual consultation!
